Four ways to begin.

Each offering is shaped to the leader and the moment. Some begin with a single intensive; some unfold as a longer relationship. The path that serves you best becomes clearer
once we talk.

Life Planning

A two-day intensive: a deep dive into your story, your present moment, and what comes next.

Together we explore:

  • Your history and life story, the formative threads that shaped you

  • Your current circumstance and reality, what is actually true right now

  • Your gifting, wiring, passions, hopes, and expectations

  • Your goals and the strategies and steps to move toward them

Helpful for leaders who:

  • Feel stuck and need a path forward

  • Are facing or already navigating a transition

  • Want clarity about vocational or occupational direction

Use it as a one-time accelerator, the springboard for ongoing coaching, or a yearly checkup.

Leadership Coaching

A regular, ongoing relationship — bi-weekly or monthly — built around holistic care for you and the work you're leading.

What it looks like:

  • A consistent place to think clearly, slow down, and check in

  • Identifying goals, strategies, and the next steps to reach them

  • Developing leadership skills aimed at both personal wellbeing and organizational impact

  • Steady accountability with someone who has seen many leaders through many seasons

Coaching is for leaders who want a long arc, not a quick fix. The relationship deepens over time, and the work compounds.

Organizational Consulting

Joining organizations in addressing pressing challenges, improving culture, strengthening teams, and building for greater impact and sustainability.

The work often involves:

  • Diagnosing what's actually happening underneath the symptoms

  • Strengthening communication, trust, and decision-making across teams

  • Helping leaders and leadership teams navigate complex change well

  • Designing rhythms, structures, and practices that hold up under pressure

Engagements are scoped to the situation — sometimes a single offsite or working session, sometimes a longer arc of accompaniment. We talk; we shape what fits.

Care

A quieter offering. Space for leaders to share openly, honestly, and vulnerably about the weight they carry.

In care, we make room for what is rarely said out loud. We identify and remove obstacles that have been quietly costing you. We establish sustainable rhythms and practices for the work and the rest of your life. We apply what I've learned across decades as a therapist, coach, spiritual director, and executive to help heal old wounds and unlock what's next.

Care can stand alone or accompany any of the other services.
