Twenty years
walking alongside.

From the therapy room, to the leadership table,
to your inflection point.

THE STORY

I've been a therapist for more than twenty years.

I've walked alongside individuals, couples, and families in some of their darkest, most challenging moments. I've led teams, departments, and organizations through complex change — a global pandemic, building a new compensation model, transitioning from founder to sustainability.

As a therapist charged with leading a therapy organization of seventy clinicians across five offices, I came face to face with a hard truth: no matter how much good work we did, the need would always outpace our ability to meet it.

Rates of anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and loneliness keep rising. And, though there will always be a need for helpers to react and respond, I noticed that my heart was stirred towards an equally important posture - prevention and proactive care. I was drawn towards leaders, making development, wellbeing, and resilience my focus.

Most leaders begin well-intentioned. They start strong. And then they grow weary. Needs mount. Problems persist. Pace increases. They do their best to keep up, but the pressures, internal and external, are simply impossible to absorb forever.

To prevent the disastrous outcomes that often follow, for the leader, for their family, for the organization and community they serve, I'm investing in the wellbeing of leaders. Because organizational health flows downward. Caring for the leader is not a luxury. It is the work.

WHAT I BRING TO THE WORK

Four practices,
one practitioner.

Therapist

Twenty-plus years in clinical practice with individuals, couples, and families. The lived experience to recognize what's underneath what's being said.

Leadership Coach

Years of guiding leaders through transition, growth, and the slow, real work of becoming the leader your moment requires.

Spiritual Director

Trained to hold space for the deeper questions — meaning, calling, purpose — that surface when leaders pause long enough to listen.

Business Executive

Operating experience leading teams, building compensation models, and stewarding an organization through complex change.

A space that takes you seriously and gently.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The work is personal and intentionally curated. I aim to create and protect a compassionate space where leaders can be real, raw, unfiltered, curious, courageous, and bold.

I listen for what is said and what is unsaid in the leader, in the leader's history, in their wonderings, in their longings. I invite and honor heart and humanity. We engage both the beauty and the brokenness, the complex and the simple.
